Returns and Refund Policy

At TAUCHIC, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we offer a simple and hassle-free return process in accordance with the terms below.

Easy returns within 30 days

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return your items. Our customer service team will help you through the entire process.

Return Policy Overview

  • Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return the items.

  • Product Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging with all attached labels and accessories.

  • Simple Returns: Returning items is easy, and our customer service team is here to help you.

Return Costs

  • Defective products: No cost to the customer. This applies when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or otherwise defective—in such casesTAUCHIC covers all return shipping costs.

  • Cancelled Purchase (Customer Cancellation): The actual return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. This applies when the customer has ordered the wrong product, the item does not fit, or the customer no longer wishes to keep it. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to our team at info@tauchic.dk along with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Pack your item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, labels, and documents.

  3. Return it: Ship your package with tracking in accordance with the return instructions you receive in our email. Returns must always be shipped with tracking, as we cannot issue refunds for packages without proof of shipment.

Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we have received your return, we will inspect the item to ensure that it meets our return criteria.

  • Refund: Once the review is complete, your refund will be processed. It usually takes 7 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider. We will send you an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 24 hours after payment has been processed. After this period, the order is automatically processed in our system, and we can no longer stop the shipment. If the order has already been shipped, you can still return it upon receipt, in accordance with the other provisions of this policy.

Exchange

Would you like to exchange this for a different size, color, or product? No problem! Contact us at info@tauchic.dk, and we'll help you complete your exchange quickly and easily.

Wrong Delivery or Damaged Item

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt via info@tauchic.dk and attach:

  • Your order number

  • photos of the product (including any damage)

  • a photo of the shipping label

We will review your inquiry within one business day and provide an appropriate solution—usually in the form of a replacement product or a refund.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned. These products will be clearly marked as non-returnable in the product description. This includes, among other things:

  • Products that have been custom-made or customized to your specifications

  • Products that have been opened or used for hygiene reasons

  • Gift Card

Warranty and Statutory Rights

As a Danish consumer, you have the statutory rights under the Danish Sale of Goods Act, including the right to file a complaint for up to 24 months after purchase in the event of a manufacturing defect. These rights are not affected by this policy.
