At TAUCHIC we strive to provide our customers with an exceptional shopping experience—including through a clear and transparent shipping policy. In this shipping policy, we explain how we handle delivery, shipping costs, and orders, in accordance with Google Merchant Center’s guidelines and EU consumer protection regulations.

Free shipping in all our markets

TAUCHIC offers free shipping on all orders in all of our markets—DK, NL, BE, PL, ES, UK, and US—regardless of order size. There is no minimum purchase amount and no hidden fees. All shipping costs are included in the price, so you always know exactly what you’re paying.

We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure fast and secure delivery right to your door.

This shipping policy applies to orders shipped to all of our markets: DK, NL, BE, PL, ES, UK, and US.

Processing Your Order

Once you've placed your order, our team will begin processing it right away.

  • Order deadline: 5:00 p.m. (CET, GMT+1). Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day, which may add an extra day to the expected delivery time.

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday). Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via one of our reliable carriers.

  • Delivery time: 6–8 business days (Monday through Friday).

  • Estimated total delivery time: 7–10 business days.

  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you'll automatically receive a shipping confirmation via email with a track-and-trace link so you can easily track your package.

All payments and order processing are conducted securely via SSL encryption to protect your information.

Track & Trace — Track Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your package in real time. If you haven't received an email, we recommend checking your spam folder. If you still haven't received it, please contact us at info@tauchic.dk — and we'll help you right away.

We deliver during the day. If you are not home, the carrier may attempt a second delivery or drop off the package at a pickup location.

Missing or Delayed Delivery

If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as delays or lost packages, please contact our customer service immediately at info@tauchic.dk. We're here to help and ensure that your order reaches you safely and on time. If your package hasn't been delivered within 30 days of shipment, we always offer either:

  • a free replacement shipment, or

  • A full refund if the item cannot be delivered.

Damaged or defective product

Although we do our best to ensure safe delivery, shipping damage may occur in rare cases. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt via info@tauchic.dk and attach:

  • Your order number

  • photos of the product (and any damage)

  • a photo of the shipping label

We will then send you a replacement product at no charge or offer a full refund, depending on the situation.

Returns and Exchanges

If you wish to return or exchange a product, you may do so within 30 days of receipt. Returns must be made in accordance with our official return policy. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Return shipments must always be sent via track-and-trace, as we cannot issue refunds for packages without proof of shipment. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is damaged or was delivered incorrectly.

Error in delivery address

Be sure to provide the correct shipping address when placing your order. If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address and the order is returned, additional shipping charges may apply. TAUCHIC cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information.

Ordering Process

  1. Go to the product page you want and click “Add to Cart.”

  2. Check your cart and click “Proceed to Checkout.”

  3. Enter your information and shipping address, and make sure everything is correct.

  4. Select a payment method — all payments are secured with SSL encryption.

  5. Once the payment has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
