At Tauchic you get free shipping throughout Denmark, regardless of the size of the order.
Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days and shipped from our distribution center.
The average delivery time is 4-7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the busyness of our delivery partner.
You will automatically receive a shipping confirmation with a track & trace link as soon as your order has been shipped, so you can easily follow your package.
We strive to deliver all orders quickly and carefully. Should there be unexpected delays, we will inform you in good time via email.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the shipping information and a track & trace link.
Via this link you can follow the current status of your package until the time of delivery.

Yes, you can cancel or change your order within 5 minutes after payment is completed.
After this period, the order is automatically processed in our system and we can no longer stop the shipment.
If the order has already been shipped, you can still return it as soon as you receive the package.
In that case, please follow the steps described under ''How do returns work?'' below.
At Tauchic you always have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order.
Within this period, you can return your purchase without giving a reason, as long as the product:
- is in original and undamaged condition,
- is unused, and
- is in the original packaging.
To register a return, please contact us via info@tauchic.dk with your order number and the reason for the return.
We will then send you the necessary return instructions.
The costs of returning the product are at your own expense, unless the product is damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered .
Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive your refund within 7 business days via the same payment method you used for the purchase.
We recommend that you send your return with track & trace so that you can follow the package until it reaches our return address.

Should you nevertheless receive an incorrect or damaged item , please contact us within 48 hours of receipt via info@tauchic.dk .
