Yes, you can cancel or change your order within 5 minutes of completing the payment.
After this period, the order will be processed automatically in our system, and we will no longer be able to stop the shipment.
If the order has already been shipped, you can still return it as soon as you receive the package.
At Tauchic, you always have a 30-day right of withdrawal starting from the day you receive your order. Within this period, you can return your purchase without giving a reason, as long as the product is in its original, undamaged condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
