What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
At Tauchic we offer free shipping throughout Denmark , regardless of order amount.
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days from our fulfillment center. The average delivery time is 4–7 business days after shipment, depending on your address and our supplier's capacity.
You will automatically receive a shipping confirmation with a track & trace link so you can follow your package. If there are any delays, we will inform you promptly by email.
Order tracking
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with shipping information and a track & trace link . Via the link, you can follow the current status of the package until delivery.
Haven't received the email? Please check your spam folder. If you still can't find it, contact us at info@tauchic.dk — then we will help.
Change / cancel order
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes — you can cancel or change your order within 5 minutes of payment. After this period, the order is automatically processed in our system and we can no longer stop the shipment.
If the order is already on its way, you can return the item after receipt (see the returns section below).

Return
How does return work?
You have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt. Within this period, you can return your purchase without giving any reason if the product:

is in original, undamaged condition,
-
is unused, and
-
is in original packaging.
To report a return, write to info@tauchic.dk with your order number and reason. We will then send you return instructions. Return costs are at the customer's expense unless the product is damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the amount within 7 working days to the same payment method used for the purchase. We recommend sending returns with track & trace.

Wrong or damaged item
What do I do if I have received an incorrect or damaged item?
Contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@tauchic.dk and attachment:

your order number,
-
pictures of the product (including damage), and
-
a picture of the shipping label.
We will assess the case within 1 business day and typically offer an exchange or refund.
